RANDOM and UNFORESEEN EVENTS

RANDOM and UNFORESEEN EVENTS EXHIBIT: NOW SHOWING

WOHAGA is proud to unveil its first gallery exhibit, via this all-handy internet blog. Conveniently displayed are a collection of WOHA's past in-house events posters. As a architecture studio with a design philosophy that states, "WOHA believes good design is produced from this careful study and research, combined with technical knowledge and artistic judgement. Random and unforeseen events are examined for the possibility of adding richness and new possibilities to the design". The events in this exhibit are particularly ones that involve celebration, social gathering, a well-deserved drink(s), and sometimes even a healthy lifestyle component.

Please take some time to enjoy this opportunity to see a different side of WOHA.

W O H A G A

This August, WOHA opens its doors to Singapore’s newest creative space for exhibition and experimentation, a freeform gallery known as WOHAGA. The first of its kind in Singapore, WOHAGA emerges from WOHA’s recent move to 29 HongKong Street, allowing the international award-winning design studio to further explore, surprise, and delight the local arts and architecture community with its ongoing schedule of events.

Future WOHAGA events will include art exhibitions, public talks, workshops, and social events, with most being open to the public. This November, in conjunction with the Singapore Design Festival, WOHAGA will host two major events including an exhibit on WOHA’s most recent works entitled, WOHA Reflects and the launch of Love Your City, a campaign created to shed light on a city’s soon-to-be-forgotten architectural history. WOHAGA encourages the unlimited possibilities of creativity and is open to housing alternative and experimental events.
